Beautifully decorated in contemporary style, there is a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and convection oven. The living room features a flat screen TV, AC, WiFi and convertible sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a king size bed and futon. You’ll love the sitting area out front or the bon fire pit and picnic table in the side yard. The unit is located in the Downtown Hideaway house off Hwy 221. Plenty of parking. Shared laundry on site. Linens included in rent.

We had a great time during our stay at yellow door in blowing rock. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will defintely stay here again when we are in the area.

I enjoyed the apartment, it was clean, decorated very tastefully and well stocked. The location was fabulous, the walk to restaurants and town was about a minute. Will come back.

It was very nice to be so close to town and to the trails. Loved getting up in the morning and being able to walk to trail for a run.

The only way to get in the Bed is to crawl over the End, Both sides are against the Wall Not good for Old people. In the Living room all the furniture is Dorm furniture, Not one comfortabe place to sit. The place is super convient to town but Not sutiable for anyone ove 30 Sorry. Never stay there again.

Love this house It is so convenient and within walking distance to Main Street Blowing Rock. The house is 3 separate apartments. We only needed a one bedroom and the Yellow Door was perfect. We had a small den with couch and recliner, a kitchenette with everything you'd need. There is a common area with a fire pit outside where you can watch the goings on of Blowing Rock. A great house for larger groups that can split up or gather together.
