Flex Payments:
Offering for the first time the option to break up payments reservations made 3 + months prior to arrival into 3 payments. Traditionally, the first payment of half is due with the contract 12 days after reserving, and the final payment 30 days prior to arrival.

24 Hour Hold:
When making reservations sometimes there are other people that you need to confer with. Jenkins Rentals is happy to give you 24 hours to make your decision with the 24 hour hold.

Returning Guests:
As a special thank you for your continued business with Jenkins Rentals we would like to extend a discount to you. Mention either in the comment section when booking online or to the reservationist when calling that you have rented this property before. Once verified, you will receive $50 off a nightly visit or $100 off a weekly stay. Available on participating properties only, and not offered for reservations already made.
